Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide furniture with a top board and a furniture system that are suitable to create an informal place enabling carefree communication in an office, etc.SOLUTION: Furniture 1 with a top board includes: a base 2 to be placed on a floor surface; a supporter 3 as a support body to be erected from the base 2; and a top board 4 supported at the upper end of the supporter 3. A panel 5 is arranged on the side of an opposite use end 41b as one end to intersect with one end surface 42a and the other end surface 42b of the top board 4 in a state where one end part 50a of the panel 5 in the width direction is allowed to be closer to the center of the top board 4 in the width direction than to the one end surface 42a of the top board 4 and also the other end part 50b of the panel 5 in the width direction is allowed to be separated from the center of the top board 4 in the width direction so as to reach the other end surface 42a of the top board 4.
