This garbage disposer is provided with a casing 10 with a hopper 12 for charging garbage and water; a garbage crusher 20 disposed in the casing 10 and provided communicating with the lower part of the hopper 12; a solid-liquid separating device 30 connected to the crusher 20 via a connection pipe 24, introducing garbage sent from the crusher 20 together with water and separating garbage from water; a drying device 40 introducing water-containing garbage discharged from the solid-liquid separating device 30 and drying the water-containing garbage; and a discharge device 38 of water separated from the solid-liquid separating device 30.
