Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel fiber composite body having the properties of being removed by dissolution after cell cultivation, and an efficient production method therefor.SOLUTION: Provided is a gel fiber composite body 10 comprising: an alginic acid component; a casein component; and a calcium component. The gel fiber composite body 10 is produced using a coaxial type microfluid apparatus 1 simultaneously passing through two liquids, and a method for producing the gel fiber composite 10 having a cavity structure at the inside includes: a step where a pregel aqueous solution 7 containing an alginate and casein and a gelling agent 8 containing a calcium salt are prepared; a step where the pregel aqueous solution 7 is injected into a microfluidic passage 2; and a step where the gelling agent 8 is injected into the microfluidic passage 2. At this time, the pregel aqueous solution 7 may include polyethyleneglycol and sodium chloride.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
