CONSTITUTION: The title device consists of a hollow cylinder horizontal container pipe 12, pusher device 14, horizontal conveyor rotational device 16, vertical conveyor 18, rotational pusher device 20 and sending device 22. The vertical conveyor 18 is to receive a plurality of glass cartridge 1 from a hollow container pipe 15 rotated to the vertical position by the vertical convey position B and to fall them below. The vertical conveyor 18 has a vertical conveyor pipe 18a, a plurality of airlock valves 18b separating the vertical conveyor pipe 18a, and a vibrator 18c for vibrating the vertical conveyor pipe 18a.
