Title:
GLOVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0748707
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a glove shrinking with moisture or water, enabling a wearer to easily perform even fine works, smoothly stretching for the easy wearing of the glove on a hand, and high in practicability.

CONSTITUTION: The glove is formed by extending, stretching and molding a resin whose glass transition temperature is lowered by the absorption of moisture and which has a melting point of ≥80°C and a melting heat of 1-80kJ/kg. The glove shrinks in a length of ≥10% based on the length of the glove with moisture at a temperature of 0-35°C. The glove rapidly shrinks with moisture or water at the ordinary temperature to tightly fit to the hand of a wearer. The glove has a suitable flexibility after being worn, and does not require a complex shape. Therefore, the glove can be produced in a compact size, and its production process can be simplified.
