Abstract:
To manufacture a golf ball with an excellent restitution coefficient at a low cost by eliminating a costly and complicated core structure.
The golf ball 10 has a hollow spherical outer shell 14 made of a deformable polymeric material. A liquid material for forming a core 12 which fills the inside of the outer shell, is guided through a hole 64 into the inside of the shell. In this way, the golf ball 10 with the restitution coefficient in the range from 0.725 to 0.758 is manufactured.
