Abstract:
To provide an article management unit capable of easily managing articles without installing a dedicated structure.SOLUTION: An article management unit comprises: a base body 11 being mountable on an article storage body 20 that includes a storage part 21 for storing articles X, an opening/closing part 22 for opening/closing the storage part 21, and a locking mechanism 23 for locking the opening/closing part 22 with respect to the storage part 21; a lock detection section 12 provided in the base body 11 and capable of detecting a locking state of the locking mechanisms 23; an article detection section 13 provided in the base body 11 and capable of detecting presence/absence of the articles X in the storage part 21; and a management information output section 14 outputting detection results of the lock detection section 12 and the article detection section 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
