Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphite structure, a graphite heater, a manufacturing method of the graphite structure, and a manufacturing method of the graphite heater, which achieve junction with low electric resistance and high strength.SOLUTION: A graphite structure 10A has a first graphite member 20 and a second graphite member 30 connected to the first graphite member 20, the second graphite member 30 has a recess 32 which is smaller than the maximum diameter size D1 of a small diameter part 22 and into which the small diameter part 22 is insertable, on an end surface 31. A peripheral surface carbon-based adhesion part 24 is interposed between an outer peripheral surface 221 of the small diameter part 22 and an inner peripheral surface 321 of the recess 32. When the small diameter part 22 is pushed into the recess 32, irregularity 23 of the outer peripheral surface 221 of the small diameter part 22 is scraped off by rubbing, so that the small diameter part 22 directly contacts the second graphite member 30. Further, the outer peripheral surface 221 of the small diameter part 22 and the inner peripheral surface 321 of the recess 32 are tightly adhered by powder of the scraped graphite and the peripheral surface carbon-based adhesion part 24, the first graphite member 20 and the second graphite member 30 can be joined at low electric resistance and highly strongly.
