GREEN SHEET PLACING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the strength hard to lower by a method wherein a green sheet made of green hydraulic material is successively seated from some part to the end part of the green sheet along the direction of the disposing array of the projecting parts of corrugated seating surfaces. SOLUTION: Green sheet supporting parts 11, each of which is formed by disposing a large number of idle rollers 14 each rotating about an axis center line C3 arranged in the same direction and being mountingly supported to a frame 15 so as to allow to seat a green sheet (a) on the idle rollers 14. At one disposing end side of each array of the idle rollers 14, a fin-like guide 15 is provided. At the release of the supporting of the green sheet (a), the green sheet (a) is transferred from the green sheet supporting parts 11 and a seating surface 5 in the state that the interval between the top surface of the idle rollers 14 and the seating surface 5 is small. During the driving of the green sheet supporting parts 11, by controlling the idlings of the idle rollers 14 with a changing-over device 16 provided in a braking mechanism 14b for changing-over between the allowance and inhibition of the idling of the idle rollers 14, the supporting of the green sheet (a) is gradually released so as to successively transfer to the seating surface 5 in order to seat along a large number of stripe-like projecting parts. The green sheet (a) deforms in a corrugated fashion, and nonuniformity in the properties of the green sheet (a) is hard to occure and the lowering of strength as a whole is made difficult to be generated.
