To obtain a grounding-wire extraction fastener that meets regulations of electrical appliance and material safety law for a material of an outdoor exposed piping member, can be easily and surely inserted into a grounding-wire draw-in device while surely supporting a grounding wire without displacement of a pair of grounding-wire extraction fastener bodies, and allows grounding measurement by simply extracting it from the grounding-wire draw-in device during the grounding measurement.
The grounding-wire extraction fastener 1 uses a pair of openable/closable grounding-wire extraction fastener bodies that supports a grounding wire by its tip parts detachably fitted to a grounding-wire draw-in device of a utility pole. A semi-arcuate engaging piece is formed at one tip part of a pair of grounding-wire extraction fastener bodies while an engaging part is provided at the other tip part. The engaging part has an engaging-piece insertion hole for allowing the semi-arcuate engaging piece to be inserted thereinto while openably/closably supporting the semi-arcuate engaging piece.
