To provide a grout material which is used to fill a gap between a waterproof sheet and an inner peripheral surface of a sprayed concrete pit wall, when the waterproof sheet having a buffer layer of a nonwoven fabric etc. or a water-permeable layer provided on an inner peripheral surface is laid and stretched on the inner peripheral surface of the concrete pit wall, after the sprayed concrete pit wall is installed in the bored tunnel, which has proper bond strength by preventing the occurrence of the slackness or separation of the waterproof sheet even if the waterproof sheet is put into an unstretched state after the hardening of the grout material, which can present the bond strength in a short period of time, which has proper fluidity, and which does not cause bleeding; and to provide a construction method for a cut-off structure of particularly a watertight tunnel etc. by using the ground material.
After the sprayed concrete pit wall is installed in the bored tunnel, the waterproof sheet having the buffer layer of the nonwoven fabric etc. or the water permeable layer provided on the inner peripheral surface is laid and stretched on the inner peripheral surface of the concrete pit wall, and the grout material fills the gap between the waterproof sheet and the inner peripheral surface of the sprayed concrete pit wall. The grout material contains a cement-based hydraulic composition with a Blaine specific surface area of 4,500 cm2/g or more, and a clay mineral with a Blaine specific surface area of 10,000 cm2/g or more. In the grout material, a flow value is in the range of 100-140 mm; a bleeding ratio is 0%; bond strength at a material age of 14 hours is 10 KN/m2 or more; and compressive strength is 2 N/mm2 or more.
