Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide for a selective catheter insertion method of an anatomical structure and for placing a treatment instrument.SOLUTION: A guide for a catheter insertion method includes a guide body (1) with a flexible distal end, and an accessory (10) or an end piece detachable from the distal end of the guide body (1). The accessory (10) or the end piece has a line symmetrical three-dimensional shape around the rotational axis of the guide body (1), and the accessory (10) or the end piece has a larger diameter in a plane perpendicular to the vertical axis of the guide body (1) than the diameter of the distal end of the guide body (1).
