Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a hamburger steak, containing an inexpensive "konjak" (a devil's tongue jelly), having improved excellent quality as a food for beauty and health, and capable of preventing the excess nourishment, by incorporating the "konjak" (the devil's-tongue jelly) of minced meat or fine granular form in the hamburger steak.

CONSTITUTION: In preparing a hamburger steak by the conventional method, a "konjak" (a devil's-tongue jelly) which is, if desired, previously seasoned with an oil or soup remaining on baking the hamburger steak and made into a minced meat or fine granular form having a diameter 1mm or less in an amount of 1W50wt%, based on the total hamburger steak, is added to the hamburger steak to give the aimed hamburger steak containing the "konjak" (the devil's-tongue jelly).
