To provide a hanger of a strap which is attachable and detachable to and from a pin having a neck part and a large-diameter head part by the rotational action of a lock member and has excellent operability and operation feel.

A rotary lock body 20 is supported freely turnably back and forth at a base body to which the strap is coupled. The base body is bored with a small-diameter hole 14 of which the center exists in approximately the central part of rotation of the rotary lock body 20 and which has a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the neck part of the pin P and smaller than the diameter of the large-diameter head part and a large-diameter hole 15 which is continuous with the small-diameter hole 14 and allows the insertion of the large-diameter head part of the pin P. The rotary lock body 20 is provided with an oblong hole which has the width corresponding to the large-diameter head part of the pin P inserted into the large-diameter hole 15 of the base body and extends in a radial direction from the central part of rotation thereof. The positions of the oblong hole of the rotary lock body 20 and the large-diameter hole 15 of the base body are aligned at the one turning end of the rotary lock body 2. The large-diameter head part of the pin P may be inserted into the large-diameter hole 15 and the oblong hole, The large-diameter head part of the pin P is pressed to the wall surface of the oblong hole by turning the rotary locking body 20 to the other turning end, by which the neck part N is relatively moved into the small-diameter hole 14 of the base body.
