To provide a hanging implement for conveying a raw material holding container for supplying a raw material to an electron beam melting furnace of high melting point metal, and also to provide a device structure for efficiently and safely conveying the raw material holding container used for the hanging implement.
The hanging implement for conveying the raw material holding container is composed of: a crane engaging hook; a support frame for supporting the raw material holding container and the whole hanging implement for conveying the raw material holding container; a body frame for supporting the raw material holding container; a horizontal moving means for moving the support frame horizontally relative to the body frame; and a positioning means for positioning the body frame and the hanging implement for conveying the raw material holding container. The raw material holding container conveyed using the hanging implement for conveyance is provided with fitting holes and grooves for inserting positioning bars serving as positioning means for the hanging implement for conveyance, and/or through-holes for inserting hanging pins, in an external wall part of the raw material holding container and/or in flanges at both ends.
