Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress bending of a shaft member during hardening.SOLUTION: A hardening method is based on hardening by rotating a shaft member having a plurality of shafts to irradiate the shafts with a beam and includes a measurement step of measuring the bending amount of the shaft member, a setting step of setting a target energy amount of the beam to be applied to the shafts through the first rotation on the basis of the bending amount and a control step of controlling at least one of the rotational speed of the shaft member and the output of the beam according to the target energy amount.
