This headlamp structure is formed by mounting a headlamp 11 on the mounting opening 14 of a vehicle body side mounting frame body 13 so as to adjust an optical axis. The housing 12 of the headlamp 11 and the vehicle body side mounting frame body 13 are formed out of resin, and the housing 12 is disposed in the mounting opening 14 of the vehicle body side mounting frame body 13 at a required gap. The portion between one edge of the mounting opening 14 and one side of the housing 12a is connected integrally through a resin hinge 10 foldable almost in the vehicle front/rear direction as a fulcrum for adjusting an optical axis. An optical-axis adjusting mechanism 16 capable of tilting the housing 12 almost in the front/rear direction is mounted between the other edge of the mounting opening 14 and the other side of the housing 12.
