The heald frame 1 of the loom is obtained by assembling a crossbar 5 with a post 3. At least an end 53 of at least a crossbar 5 provides a connection means 7, 8 for assembling the post with the crossbar, wherein the assembling means comprises a connecting element 7 with a U-shaped section body 71 fixed around an end 53 of the crossbar 5 and a fixing member 8 to fix the post. The U-shaped section body 71 is fixed around the end 53 of the crossbar 5 with a U-shaped base wall 73 placed against a terminal face 56 of the end 53, and walls 72, 74 forming U-shaped branches placed against upper and lower walls 52, 54. The post 3 is immobilized by the fixing member 8 on a position supported by the base wall 73 of the U-shaped cross section body 71 of the connecting element 7.
