Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health food using adlay in view of the fact that: an adlay tea or a method of eating fermented ones or others are known as an adlay in-taking method; however, since those described in these are concerned with single utilization, other nutrients must be in-taken separately.SOLUTION: Provided is a health food using adlay, in which adlay, at least 1 kind vegetable and at least 1 kind fruit are used, and produced by the following steps of: coarsely grinding the adlay, vegetable and fruit; adjusting the water content; finely pulverizing the coarsely ground material; introducing the finely pulverized material into a reactor; heating at 90°C or more for 30 minutes to 1 and half hours; cooling to 50 to 60°C; adding dry rice malt and leaving it at 50 to 60°C for 6 to 10 hours; and subjecting to filtration.SELECTED DRAWING: None
