Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a pressure control device taking less trouble and less cost for maintenance by eliminating mechanically movable parts such as a bypass valve and an actuator.

CONSTITUTION: Hot water is pressurized by a hot water pump and sent to a heat exchanger 2. The hot water is subjected to heat exchange with the vapor sent by a vapor pipe line 1 in the heat exchanger 2 to form a hot water having a higher temperature, which is then sent to an air conditioning equipment requiring hot water by a hot water pipe line 3. The water supply/water return pressure difference in the hot water pump 5 is measured by a differential pressure detector 6, and the rotating speed of the hot water pump 6 is controlled by an inverter device 4 so that the water supply/water return pressure difference can be maintained within a fixed range, and the water supply quantity from the hot water pump 5 is changed. Hence, as no mechanically movable part such as a bypass valve and an actuator is used, the trouble and cost for maintenance can be reduced more than the case of conventional devices.
