To miniaturize a device and to improve system efficiency in a multi-functional heat pump system performing hot water supply and air cooling/heating.
This heat pump device of the embodiment having a compressor 11, a parallel circuit of a heat exchanger for hot water supply 39 and a heat exchanger for air conditioning 40, an expanding mechanism 44 and an outdoor heat exchanger 41 successively circularly connected to circulate a refrigerant, further comprises an internal heat exchanger 15 for exchanging heat between a refrigerant at an outlet of the heat exchanger for air conditioning 40 and a refrigerant at an outlet of the outdoor heat exchanger 41. As the heat exchange is performed in a state that temperature difference between refrigerants exchanging heat, and heat transfer coefficient are large, the efficiency of the system can be improved, and the internal heat exchanger and the system can be miniaturized.
