PURPOSE: To produce the titled composition having excellent heat-resistance and impact-resistance and suitable as interior parts for automobile, etc., by compounding a specific amount of a copolyether-ester thermoplastic elastomer to a composition composed of specific three kinds of copolymers.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition can be produced by compounding (A) 100pts.wt. of a composition consisting of (a) 10W90wt% copolymer composed of (a1) 90W50% vinylaromatic residue, (a2) 10W50% maleimide compound residue and (a3) 0W30% vinyl compound residue copolymerizable therewith, (b) 80W2wt% copolymer composed of (b1) 90W40% vinylaromatic residue and (b2) 10W60% one or more acrylic compound residues and (c) 70W1wt% graft copolymer having a number-average particle diameter of 0.1W2μm, containing a rubber having a glass-transition temperature of ≤0°C, and composed of (c1) 90W40% vinylaromatic residue and (c2) 10W60% one or more kinds of acrylic compound residues with (B) 1W20pts.wt. of a copolyester-ether thermoplastic elastomer having a Vicat softening point of ≥100°C.
