To obtain a laminate good in adhesiveness with a film, sheet-like article or foamed material containing an aromatic vinyl copolymer, high in tenacity, and excellent in optical properties such as heat resistance, moldability, oil resistance, and transparency or the like, and reduced in the lowering of physical properties even in recycle use because of the good compatibility with the aromatic vinyl copolymer.
A heat-resistant laminate is obtained by laminating an aromatic vinyl-maleimide copolymer which is produced by copolymerizing 50-97 wt.% aromanic vinyl monomer, 3-50 wt.% maleimide monomer and 0-20 wt.% other monomer copolymerizable with two kinds of monomers and an aromatic vinyl polymer obtained by copolymerizing a monomer mixture containing at least 85 wt.% or more aromatic vinyl monomer.
