Abstract:
To provide a heat-shrinkable polyester film roll that is difficult to generate a wrinkle of a surface layer of a film roll, a wrinkle of a winding core, and a wrinkle of an edge surface, which are caused due to a temporal change, even when a film roll wound in roll after forming a film is stored over a long term, and is difficult to generate defect during a printing processing.SOLUTION: A film roll formed by winding a heat shrinkable polyester film on a core satisfies the following requisites (1) to (4). (1) An effective winding length is 3000 m or longer and 30000 m or shorter, (2) average hardness when the hardness of the outermost surface layer of the film roll is measured at an interval of 50 mm in a film width direction is in the range of 500 or larger and 700 or smaller, (3) deviation of the hardness when the hardness of the outermost surface layer of the film roll is measured at an interval of 50 mm in a film width direction is 10% or larger and 20% or smaller, and (4) an increase rate R(%) of the average hardness after the film roll is unwound at a 500 m unit from the outermost surface satisfies a formula 1 in the range of a winding length of 1000 m from the outermost surface layer to the outermost surface layer, and satisfies a formula 2 in the range of the winding length of 1000 m from the outermost surface layer to the winding length 1000 m from the winding core, and satisfies a formula 3 in the range of the winding core to the winding length 1000 m from the winding core, -6.0(%)≤R(%)<0(%)...formula 1, -2.0(%)≤R(%)≤2.0(%)...formula 2, 0(%)
