Abstract:
To reduce a heat treatment time in brazing treatment and annealing treatment.
Preheating is carried out using a high frequency induction heating apparatus 21 in a first heating chamber 20 in which a vacuum is held, and then heating is carried out using radiant heat of an electric heater 41 in a second heating chamber 30 in which a vacuum is held. The temperature of a workpiece W can thereby be raised to a heat-treatment temperature in a short time to reduce the heat treatment time.
