Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater fitting structure of a heater furnace capable of preventing heat dissipation from a clearance even if the heater is displaced from the center part of a through hole and a clearance is generated between the end part of the heater inserted into the through hole of a furnace wall and the through hole due to a strain of an insulation structure.SOLUTION: A through hole of an outer-most layer 8 of a through hole 9 at a furnace wall composed of several layers is formed to be larger than through-holes of other layers, an annular ceramic fiber forming board 15 having an outer diameter smaller than a diameter of the through-hole or a back facing hole of the outer-most layer and larger than a diameter of the through-holes of other layers is fitted in such a way that it may cover from the outer-most layer of the furnace wall to an end part 3 of a heater, and ceramic fiber wool material 13 is filled in a clearance between the end part of the heater inserted into the through hole and the through holes of other layers and a clearance between the ceramic fiber forming board and the through hole of the outer-most layer.
