Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a heater configured so that apertures are formed on a periphery of a heating member without using a ceramic cylinder on which a groove is formed.SOLUTION: A plurality of steps including a coating step, a burying step and a heating step are performed. In the coating step, a heating member is prepared in a state coated with a vanishing material to be vanished by heating. In the burying step, the heating member prepared by the coating step is buried in a sintering material. In the heating step, the sintering material through the burying step is heated together with the heating member buried in the sintering material, so that the sintering material is sintered to a sintered compact, the vanishing material coating the heating member is vanished and apertures are set between the sintered compact and the heating member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
