Abstract:
To provide a satisfactory heating apparatus for preventing overcooking and cooking tastefully.
This heating apparatus can directly detect the temperature of a heating part to accurately and stably control the temperature of the heating part of the heating means for heating a cooked object from beneath and cook the surface of the cooked object without overcooking. This constitution can provide the safe and user-friendly heating apparatus having superior cooking property and heating the cooked object from both sides.
