To carry out improvement such that further efficient heating treatment can be carried out with respect to various types of heat reception objects on the assumption of adopting microwave heating.
The heating equipment 10 includes an inner container 20 housing a heat reception object G to carry out heat treatment to the heat reception object G, an outer container 30 housing the inner container 20, a superheated steam generator 50 supplying superheated steam into the inner container 20, and a microwave oscillation device 40 irradiating microwaves into the outer containers 30, 30'. Particularly, in the inner container 20, a container body covering a heating space of an interior is formed of a material allowing transmission of microwaves. Ceramics is adopted as the material allowing transmission of microwaves.
