To provide a heating roller of a corrugated cardboard sheet manufacturing apparatus, which can effectively suppress a drop in sheet heating temperature when a liquid film is generated by the condensation of a heated liquid.
This heating roller comprises a shell 11 which is formed in a cylindrical shape with a hollow part and heated by a fluid 2 for a heating medium supplied to the hollow part, so as to heat a sheet material traveling by coming into contact with an outer peripheral surface, while rotating along a traveling path; and a heat transfer part 15 which is provided on an inner peripheral surface 11a of the shell 11, facing the hollow part, the height dimension H of which is set in such a manner that it is protruded to the side of the axial center of the shell 11 with respect to the liquid film 3a, even if the liquid film 3a covering the surface 11a is generated by the condensation of the fluid 2 during the rotation of the shell 11, and which transfers the heat of a fluid 3 on the side of the axial center of the roller with respect to the liquid membrane 3a to the shell 11.
