Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melt blown elastic non-woven fabric that exhibits an elongation of 200% or more with a hysteresis recovered energy of more than 70%, and a permanent set of less than 20%.SOLUTION: There is provided a melt blown non-woven fabric comprising a fiber using a selectively hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene (hSBS) block copolymer or a selectively hydrogenated controlled distribution styrene-butadiene/styrene-styrene (hSBSS) block copolymer, where the block copolymer has a very high melt flow rate greater than 100 g/10 min at 230°C, and 2.16 kg mass and exhibits low viscous characteristics. A slush molded, rotational molded, injection molded, or calendered article comprising the hSBS block copolymer, an aqueous emulsion of the hSBS block copolymer, or fibers or bundles of fibers coated with the hSBS block copolymer in which the hSBS block copolymer is preferably maleated, are also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
