Abstract:
To provide a complex production line of a high frequency compaction wood capable of reducing a transportation time of wood significantly and improving a sized production level.SOLUTION: The complex production line of a high frequency compaction wood is provided including operation machinery and an auxiliary plate material. The auxiliary plate material comprises an upper steel plate and a lower steel plate for interposing the wood. The operation machinery comprises a feeding and taking out part 2 for arranging the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate to be put into a station of a transmission chain and for taking out the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate after the wood process is completed, a sub high frequency softening part 3 for heating and softening the process module by a high frequency heat generation part 30, a main high frequency die-cutting part 4 for heating the softened wood by the high frequency heat generation device and press machine to keep compacting a cooling part 5, the cooling part 5 for cooling the process module compacted by a water cooling device and/or an air cooling device, a moving device 6 which is the transmission chain for recycling transmitting the wood and the operation device 7 for connecting a mechano-electric control system of each part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
