PURPOSE: To automatically carry out cooking without cooking unevenness independently of the types and the quality of foods, the way of putting the foods, etc., by controlling a heating means based on the output signals of a weight sensor, a high frequency detecting sensor, and a humidity sensor.
CONSTITUTION: A weight sensor 7 is installed in the bottom part of a shaft of an electrostatic capacity alternating-type rotary stand 3 and detects the weight of a food on the stand 3 and a high frequency detecting sensor 10 is installed in a wave guiding tube 9 and detects the quantity of reflected high frequency energy in a heating chamber 1. A humidity sensor 11 is installed in a gas discharging cylinder 12 which carries steam, smell, etc., generated from a food 2 during cooking to the outside of the chamber 1 and detects mainly the humidity. The weight information of the food 2, the absorbance information of the high frequency energy in the food 2, and the humidity information generated from the food 2 from respective sensors 7, 10, 11 are simultaneously measured, and heating pattern of a magnetron 8 as a heating means is controlled based on the extracted progressing condition of heating the food 2, the condition is changing with the lapse of time. Consequently, cooking can be carried out automatically without cooking unevenness.
