Abstract:

To minimize the fluctuation of the internal temperature of a furnace and to significantly reduce fuel consumption simultaneously.

A furnace temperature sensor is mounted to detect heat storage in melting such that burner burning is stopped before the furnace temperature reaches a preset temperature and the internal temperature of the furnace is raised by utilizing the heat storage of the furnace body. If the furnace temperature naturally rises up to the preset temperature, the burner is reactivated to suppress an excessive rise of the furnace temperature by heating. Furthermore, intermittent burning control is conducted using an ON timer and an OFF timer.
