Abstract:

To provide a composite soft magnetic material of high strength and low core loss.

A high-strength low-core-loss composite soft magnetic material is obtained by mixing a plurality of soft magnetic particles coated with an insulation film, which is formed by coating a soft magnetic particle with the insulation film, with particles of a nanomaterial powder of low-melting point glass, and a nanofiller, and compacting and firing the mixture; and includes a plurality of soft magnetic particles which are soft magnetic particles coated with the insulation film, and a boundary layer which is formed in a grain boundary between the soft magnetic particles coated with the insulation film and is formed of the low-melting point glass including the nanofiller.
