To provide a hold frame inspecting vessel for a vessel using a portable ladder for inspecting the welded parts of the broadside shell plates of the vessel with a hold frame to be welded to the broadside shell plates, with which the ladder is secured to the hull certainly at the time of inspection and is supported by a stage fixed to the hull removably.

A fixing means for fixation to the hold frame by pressure attachment is mounted at the top of the ladder removably, and the ladder is fixed to the hold frame by putting the fixing means in pressure attachment to the hold frame. The ladder is supported by engaging its bottom with a folding stage fixed removably by roller(s) pinched by the broadside shell plates and the hold frame.
