PURPOSE: To improve positioning accuracy and to improve operation efficiency by installing such a spring plate as bending beaneath aslant when a clamped thing collides with a specified constituent holder body, and setting up a resisting surface and a stopper regulating any flection in the spring plate in a part where the clamped thing is bumped.

CONSTITUTION: A holder body 1 being equipped with a surface corresponding to both precision vise clamping side face and bottom face 6 and 7 is installed there. In addition, such a spring plate 1-1 as beinding beath aslant when a clamped thing 5 collides with this holder body 1 is installed as well. Further a resisting surface 1-2 and a stopper 1-3 regulating any flection at a proper position at a tip part of the spring plate 1-1 both are installed in a p[art where the clamping thing 5 is bumped. respectively. This spring plate 1-1 is formed into a replacing type, and it is made into diverse types with material different from the body 1, and it will do that a vertical pressing force 4 may be made so as to be varied by this replacement.
