Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hollow body model having uniform film thickness without performing a rotation operation.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a hollow body model includes: preparing a resin mold based on shape data of an inner surface of a hollow body; depositing a liquid elastomer onto the surface of the resin mold with a predetermined thickness; immersing the resin mold on which the liquid elastomer is deposited into a liquid that has approximately the same density as the density of the liquid elastomer and is inactive to the resin die; curing the liquid elastomer in the liquid to form a cured film; and then removing the resin die.SELECTED DRAWING: None
