Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the generation of flashes on the inner side of the hollow resin container by enyloying a simple manufacturing method and a manufacturing device. SOLUTION: The sectional shape of a hot plate 30 along the peripheral directions of a bonding section 10A of an intermediate molded product 10 and a bonding section 12A of an intermediate molded product 12 is constituted of an inside heating section 40 positioned on the inner sides of the intermediate molded products 10 and 12 and a bonding section heating section 42 crossing the inside heating section 40 into the T-shape. Both of the bonding section 10A of the intermediate molded product 10 and the bonding section 12A of the intermediate molded product 12, therefore, are melted by the bonding section heating section 42 of the hot plate 30, and also both of a site 10C adjacent to the bonding section 10A out of an inner face 10B of the intermediate molded product 10 and a site 12C adjacent to the bonding section 12A out of an inner face 12B of the intermediate molded product 12 are melted by the inside heating section 40 of the hot plate 42.
