Abstract:
To make it possible to obtain a prescribed small inner diameter while reducing a drawing ratio of a tip drawing part, thereby enabling molding of a hollow shaft with a high form accuracy, and further, to suppress that stress concentration in association with drawing occurs at a boundary between the tip drawing part and a cylindrical body part, thereby achieving increase in a rigidity strength of the hollow shaft.SOLUTION: A hollow shaft comprises a cylindrical body part 6, and a tip drawing part 7 which is integrally continued to one end of the body part 6 on a same axis and of which a diameter is reduced by drawing with respect to the body part 6. In the hollow shaft, an inner peripheral surface 6i of the body part 6 and an inner peripheral surface 7bi of a stem 7b of the tip drawing part 7, which is continued to one end side of the body part 6, are formed from cut surfaces which have been cut before drawing, and an inner peripheral surface 7ai of a tip 7a continued to a tip side of the stem 7b of the tip drawing part 7 are non-cut surfaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
