PURPOSE: To provide the title sheet capable of concealing a linear recess formed in the longitudinal direction of the hollow sheet.

CONSTITUTION: A hollow sheet 1 made of thermoplastic resin has two sheets of opposite liner plates 2, 2 and many ribs 3 connecting two sheets of liner plates and is provided with fine unevenness 5 on the surfaces of the liner plates. A hollow sheet 1 is formed by melting and extruding thermoplastic resin. Transfer bodies 7, 7 formed with fine evenness on the surface are closely stuck on the surface of the hollow sheet. The fine unevenness 8 of the transfer bodies are transferred on the surface of thermoplastic resin. The embossed hollow sheet made of thermoplastic resin is produced by cooling and solidifying thermoplastic resin. The hollow sheet 1 made of thermoplastic resin is heated and softened. The transfer bodies formed with fine unevenness 8 on the surfaces are closely stuck on the surface of the hollow sheet. The fine unevenness of the transfer bodies are transferred on the surface of hollow sheet. The embossed moldings are produced from the hollow sheet made of thermoplastic resin by cooling and solidifying the hollow sheet.
