Title:
HORIZONTAL SCANNING PULSE SIGNAL CONTROL CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11102168
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To obtain a horizontal scanning pulse signal having a stable pulse width by controlling a pulse width with digital circuits to make the pulse width so as not to be affected directly by the variation of respective elements of a saw-tooth wave generating circuit.

A pulse width is made to be controlled by digital circuits. In this circuit, respective first and second reference pulse signals 201, 301 are respectively inputted to saw-tooth generating circuits 4, 5 having the same constitution, which generate two saw-tooth wave signals 401, 501 whose phases are different to be respectively inputted to coparators 6, 7. In comparator circuits 6, 7, high levels are outputted when voltage levels of respective saw- tooth signals 401, 501 become higher than the voltage level of a horizontal position setting signal 600 to be inputted to one sides of the circuits 6, 7. When two output signals 601, 701 of the circuits 6, 7 are respectively inputted to the set input and the reset input of a flip-flop 8, the output signal 801 of it becomes the horizontal scanning pulse signal.
