PURPOSE: To make delivery of hose easier in the captioned device for hose, etc., to be installed on a tank-lorry, etc., by using a part of delivery oil of the hydraulic oil pump to the back pressure of the oil motor during the manual delivery period of the hose, to have the oil motor rotated move easily.

CONSTITUTION: When the switching valve 15 is switched to the right position during the delivery of the hose, pressure oil from the hydraulic oil pump 14 flows from the B-port 15b to the delivery side main pipe 17d, and a part of the pressure oil returns to the oil tank 13 through by the pass pipe 18, because the flow resistance of the by-path pipe 18 is larger than that of the main piping 17. On the other hand, other pressure oil is supplied to the oil motor 16, causing back pressure acts to the oil motor 16, and makes oil motor 16 rotates easily without making resistance for the rotation of reel 3 accompanined with the delivery of the hose, and thus allow to deliver the hose more easily.
