Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for drying a paper web with smaller energy consumption and a method for producing tissue paper using the same.SOLUTION: The hot-air drying apparatus 100 for drying a wet paper web P has an internal space 11 in which the paper web P travels and comprises an air cap 10 having a jet port 12 through which a heating medium is jetted to the internal space 11 and a suction port 13 through which the heating medium in the internal space 11 is sucked, a heating apparatus 20 for supplying a heating medium to the jet port 12 of the air cap 10, and a circulation fan 30 for supplying the heating medium sucked from the suction port 13 of the air cap 10 to the heating apparatus 20. The air of the outside of the apparatus does not flow into an air flow path from the suction port 13 of the air cap 10 to the heating apparatus 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
