Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attachment of a rod by effectively preventing rotation of a leaf spring during fitting of an axle.SOLUTION: An assembling method for a trunnion suspension comprises: a first step in which while leaf springs 5 are movably attached to vehicle frame bodies 2, 3 inverted vertically, a first axle body 60 is brought near one end 5A of each leaf spring 5, and the first axle body 60 and the frame bodies 2, 3 are coupled by means of first rods 30, 40; a second step in which a second axle body 70 is brought near the other end 5B of each leaf spring 5, and the second axle body 70 and the frame bodies 2, 3 are coupled by means of second rods 31, 41; a third step in which the frame bodies 2, 3 are rotated to normal positions; and a fourth step in which a rubber member 51 is inserted between an end part 5A of each leaf spring 5 and the first axle body 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
