Abstract:
The clamping device (S) has two supporting elements (S-10,S-20), where a space between the supporting elements is changeable by a connected adjustment mechanism (S-30). The adjustment mechanism is connected with guide elements (S-11, S-11',S-21), over which the supporting elements are releasably connected with a common guide rail (FS). A clamping unit (S-40) is movable along the guide rail using the adjustment mechanism. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an assembly of a clamping device and a clamping frame for mounting a warp-thread layer; (2) a retraction device for warp threads of a warp-thread layer in elements of a weaving harnesses; and (3) a method for tightening of warp threads of a warp-thread layer by using a clamping device.
