Title:
HYBRIDOMA CAPABLE OF PRODUCING MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY RECOGNIZING ALPHA-HANP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0678763
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a hybridoma capable of producing a monoclonal antibody specifically recognizing a fragment on the N-terminal side of an α-human atrial natriuretic polypeptide (α-hANP).

CONSTITUTION: The objective hybridoma is obtained by selecting a hybridoma capable of producing a monoclonal antibody recognizing about a half of a ring structure on the N-terminal side of an α-human atrial natriuretic polypeptide from a hybridoma prepared by fusing a cell of a myeloma to a cell capable of producing an anti-α-human atrial natriuretic polypeptide antibody. For example, hybridoma KY-ANP-I (ECACC87082001) is cited as the hybridoma.
