To provide an easily-manufacturable fixed swash plate which adjusts dynamic balance, and reduces the weight, while securing a function of the fixed swash plate.
The hydraulic continuously variable transmission device 1 comprises, on an input shaft 2: an input side plunger 8; an output side plunger 10; a cylinder block storing each timing spool 9, 11 slidably in parallel with the axial direction; an input side swash plate 6 abutting on the tip of the input side plunger 8; and an output side swash plate 12 abutting on the output side plunger 10 on the opposite side to the input side swash plate 6. The device also has a configuration wherein: a plurality of reinforcing ribs 49 are provided in parallel with the input shaft 2 on the circumference of the output side swash plate 12; and each interval between the reinforcing ribs 49 is arranged according to the distance from a plane orthogonal to the shaft center of the output side swash plate 12.
