This hydraulic continuously variable transmission device 1 wherein an input side plunger 8, an output side plunger 10, a cylinder block 7 storing each timing spool 9, 11 slidably in parallel with the axial direction, an input side swash plate 6 abutting on the tip of the input side plunger 8, and an output side swash plate 12 abutting on the output side plunger 10 on the opposite side to the input side swash plate 6 are arranged on an input shaft 2, has a configuration wherein each timing spool 9, 11 has each notched part 9e, 11e formed on corner parts of enlarged parts 9a, 11a blocking passages (communicating holes 33, 43) of a hydraulic oil communicating with holes (each plunger hole 31, 41) for inserting each plunger 8, 10.
