Abstract:

To provide a hydraulic continuously variable transmission and a power transmission simplifying the reciprocating structure of a distributing valve.

A flange face of a flange 72 of a retainer 70 rotatable synchronously with a cylinder block 42 is inclined with respect to the axis O of a cylinder block, and a constricted part 66b of a selector valve 66 is engaged with a lock groove 73 formed in the flange 72. This engaged relation allows the selector valve 66 to reciprocate following the rotation of the cylinder block 42.
